Day At The Zoo
Located in Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo is just north of downtown San Diego and only minutes from Coronado. Shuttles and the Old Town Trolley can take you there. If you have a car you will want to cross the Coronado Bridge and take the 5 North. Then quickly take State Route 163 North exit, then the Zoo/Museums (Richmond Street) exit and you're there.
The San Diego Zoo is open 365 days a year. Hours are 9am to 4pm (grounds close at 6pm)
General Admission: Adults $19.50, Child (age 3-11) $11.75
Deluxe Admission with Guided Bus Tour and Skyfari aerial tram ride: Adult $32.00, Child $19.75
Two-Park Ticket (Deluxe Zoo admission and Wild Animal Park general admission to use within five days of purchase): Adult $46.80, Child $31.40.
